W aplikacji (natychmiastowe):
1. Otwórz Helpaw i zaloguj się.
2. Przejdź do Profil → Ustawienia.
3. Wybierz „Usuń konto" i potwierdź.
Usunięcie jest natychmiastowe i nieodwracalne. Usuwane są: konto, profil, zgłoszenia, zdjęcia, komentarze, obserwacje, wiadomości, punkty i odznaki. Kopie zapasowe bazy danych są nadpisywane w cyklu do 30 dni.
Bez dostępu do aplikacji:
Wyślij wiadomość z adresu e-mail przypisanego do konta na info@helpaw.pl z tematem „Usunięcie konta". Konto usuniemy w ciągu maksymalnie 30 dni (zwykle znacznie szybciej) i potwierdzimy to e-mailem.
Możesz też zażądać kopii swoich danych przed usunięciem: w aplikacji Ustawienia → „Pobierz moje dane (RODO)" lub e-mailem.
In the app (immediate):
1. Open Helpaw and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It removes: your account, profile, reports, photos, comments, sightings, messages, points and badges. Database backups rotate within up to 30 days.
Without access to the app:
E-mail us at info@helpaw.pl from the address linked to your account with the subject "Account deletion". We will delete the account within 30 days at the latest (usually much sooner) and confirm by e-mail.
You can also request a copy of your data first: in the app via Settings → "Download my data (GDPR)" or by e-mail.
